Christmas

Now, Christmas isn't really my favorite time of the year, I must admit, but the thought of pretty lights and Christmas trees popping up everywhere appeals to me. Although many people call me a 'Stooge' I wouldn't really consider myself as one. I love giving and receiving as much as the other guy but its the hassle of going around to buy things for my dad and brother, who never hint anything, is hell.
I love receiving presents, I really do but if someone gives my family one more Panettone which they're recycling by giving to us, I will freak out. If you're not going to give a good present which isn't from the heart, then don't give one at all, no one will get offended.

First Blog Post

First blog posts are usually the worst and the ones you'd probably regret in a few months, but of course you need to get started somewhere.

Since the new year is just around the corner, I thought that as a 'New Year's Resolution' I want to start doing something worth my time like blogging. Now, I do not know whether to 'something worth my time' part makes sense since I should rather be doing something like studying for my O Levels which are in about a years time or socializing and living a teenagers life as normal teenagers would and should do but I'd honestly rather stay home and blog to my heart's content. Plus, my English teacher, along with a few friends and my parents say I am quite 'clever' in writing so I suppose blogging is a good way to keep it up. 

As to the content of this blog, I'd like to post things like personal things like little updates on my 'not-so-fun-and-wild' life and also post a few items which I've bought and want to buy. More or less, I aspire to be a cute little beauty/fashion blog.

I really do hope to post every now and then just to say I did it and I also hope to keep it up.
